What’s New in BGMI Season 29

BGMI Season 29 started from 23rd May 2026 with which Krafton also rolled out 4.4 update. Season 29 is introducing the A19 Royale Pass, the Greek-themed Hero’s Crown mode in maps like Erangel and Livik, and the special PvE boss battles in Crown Adobe. Additionally, Season 29 will deliver new challenges, collabs, tactical items, voice packs and seasonal exclusive rewards to players.

A19 Royale Pass

The A19 Royale Pass features a new tiered progression system in which players have to complete various missions. And by completing quests and missions, you can collect mythic outfits, weapon skins, emotes and other premium rewards.

Hero’s Crown Theme Mode

Hero’s Crown Theme Mode is running from May 20, 2026 to July 14, 2026. Areas of the Erangle map will be transformed into hot-drop event zones, including the Ferry Pier and the Ruins. The update introduced a Greek-style floating island and special PvE battle with giant centaur warrior named Helios. This mode also includes five different in-game trials that allow players to earn glory points.

Collaborations

BGMI 4.4 update has brought multiple collaborations for players this time. You will get the Ford Collaboration which includes two new car skins, Blue Lock Collaboration on 22 May, Harley-Davidson Collab, running from May 29 to July 11 and Rocky Bhai Voice Pack (BGMI x TOXIC).

BGMI 5th Year Anniversary

Moreover, this year Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) will celebrate its 5th year anniversary which is celebrated every year on 2nd July. Players who log in to the game from July 1 to July 5 will get Firework Launcher.

End-of-Season Checklist: What to Do Before the Reset

• Spend your Event Points: Collect coins from the time-limited events of the season 29 and claim rewards such as skins, coupon vouchers and popularity.
• Ultimate Royale: The ultimate royale mode has started and will end on 16th July 2026. If you reach the Legend tier after pushing the rank, collect all the rewards except the title. The title will be delivered to your mailbox within a few days.
• Classic Ranked Match: Before the season ends, try to rank up the ladder of tier list to reach Ace Dominator and collect all the rewards before the season resets.
• Unspent UC & Vouchers: If you have collected vouchers this season, keep them as they are not time-sensitive. And spend them for the upcoming crate opening for your fav skin or dress.
